Founded in 2020, Elm Street Construction Management emerged from a vision to provide exceptional owner’s representative services in commercial real estate projects. Built on decades of industry experience, we’ve quickly established ourselves as a trusted partner in construction management, specializing in healthcare facilities, multifamily, and tenant improvement projects.

Principal
Eric Skyta
Eric, Elm Street Construction Management principal, has grown up in the built environment his whole life with a father who was a craftsman stair builder in northern NJ. His love of working on tangible projects led him to a career in commercial real estate and construction. For the past decade he has lived in San Francisco and has worked on hundreds of projects ranging from ground up development, commercial tenant improvements, and healthcare infrastructure upgrades. With experience from working as a commercial general contractor to development and entitlement work he has widespread knowledge of the industry. In his free time, you can find him snowboarding, camping, flipping through interior design magazines, or working on his cars.
